Financial services and operations executive James Kasim received his MBA with honors from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC). James Kasim, like other Marshall School graduates, has successfully used the knowledge he gleaned from the school to demonstrate his skills in innovation and global responsibility.
The full-time master’s degree program at the USC Marshall School of Business prepares business leaders by using collaboration and time-tested techniques. The institute has also distinguished itself as being the first school of business to make international travel a requirement.
To begin their globally inspired education, incoming students take an educational management course that includes participation in a 10-day field trip. Students travel to companies in Europe, Latin America, or the Pacific Rim. In turn, they gain a better understanding of how to apply their business knowledge globally. The course ends with an onsite presentation of the students’ experience.
